Celebrating 52 Weeks & More 🎉

Hey Corageus People!

Welcome to a special week of our journey together!

This is our 52nd newsletter edition which marks a year—52 weeks—of writing!! 🥳

When I first started, the goal was simple: share lessons, book recommendations, and challenges I found valuable in my own journey.

Beyond that, it was about building the discipline of writing and sharing consistently. We did it Fam!! 🙌🏾

It’s been quite the journey, and I have more news: I’ve launched a new business—We The Corageus, a creative multimedia company empowering brands and individuals to reinvent, thrive, and sore with courage, creativity, and conviction.

- Courage to pursue bold dreams

- Creativity to adapt when things don’t go as planned

- Conviction to stay true to your vision despite obstacles

The challenge isn’t lack of opportunity or timing, but rather knowing which opportunities are worth pursuing.

Now back to our regular program. Read on.

Lesson: Decisiveness Is A Superpower

Reflecting on my journey over the past decade, one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced has been embracing decisiveness—in spite of the successes I’ve achieved.

Indecision has cost me time, energy, and missed opportunities. Too often, I’ve hesitated, overanalyzed, or waited too long to act. It taught me how crucial decisiveness is—not just in business but in every aspect of life.

Being decisive doesn’t mean making reckless choices. It’s all about:

- Weighing options carefully—but not indefinitely

- Making a decision—but not second-guessing it

- Embracing the risks—but not fearing consequences

To strengthen my decisiveness muscles, I’ve started using The 3C Framework—Clarity, Commitment, and Confidence.

1. Clarity — Define the decision clearly, but don’t dwell on it too long.

2. Commitment — Make a choice and take action instead of waiting for the “perfect” moment.

3. Confidence — Trust your decision, adapt as needed, and keep moving boldly forward.

Launching We The Corageus was not an easy decision. I could’ve spent months debating, waiting for the right time. But at some point, you have to stop hesitating and start doing.

Be decisive. Whatever decision you’ve been postponing — make it. Own it. Move boldly forward.

📚 Book Recommendation: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

This book deeply influenced me when I first started my entrepreneurial journey.

If you haven’t read it—or even if you have—it’s worth revisiting. This book is all about pursuing your Personal Legend—your unique path in life—despite the obstacles and fears that come your way.

There’s one passage in particular that always stays with me. It’s the moment when Santiago makes the bold decision to leave behind the familiar and step into the unknown, even though success is far from guaranteed.

“I’m going to go to Egypt! I’m going to find my treasure!” he said to himself. He had to choose between something he had become accustomed to and something he wanted to have. There was also the merchant’s daughter, but she wasn’t as important as the treasure. Because the treasure was not just about gold—it was about following his dream, about listening to the signs, about trusting the journey, no matter how uncertain it seemed. He had learned that making a decision was only the beginning of things. When someone makes a decision, he is really diving into a strong current that will carry him to places he had never dreamed of when he first made the decision.”

This moment captures what it truly means to be decisive—to trust yourself, take the leap, and embrace the adventure ahead. That’s why I keep coming back to this book. Every time I read it, I find a new layer of meaning, a new lesson for the journey.

So, if you’ve been waiting for a sign to take action on your dreams—consider this it. â€śMektoub”

🔥 Corageus Challenge: Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Repetition builds skill, but staying in your comfort zone for too long can be a silent trap. Growth happens when we push beyond the familiar.

That’s why I’m challenging myself—and inviting you—to step outside what feels easy.

For me, this means posting a daily video sharing lessons from my 25 years in Canada. To make it stick, I’ve set up my environment for success—choosing an accountability partner, setting reminders, preparing content themes, and keeping it simple. You can follow along on TikTokInstagram or Threads.

Success isn’t about willpower alone; it’s about building a system that makes follow-through inevitable.

What about you? Maybe your challenge is:

• Reading 10 pages a day

• Cooking instead of ordering out

• Starting a workout routine

Whatever you choose, set yourself up to succeed. As Audrey Hepburn famously said:

“What if I fall?”

“Oh, but darling, what if you fly?”

Here’s to growing together—one step at a time.

Thank you for being here.

Boldly Forward,
